Australia started the series with a record-breaking victory over India but the hosts finished it with the trophy, getting home at a canter in the decider. There were some big positives to take out of the series for Australia. Marnus Labuschagne took his fine form from the Test arena to one-day cricket, while the partnership between Adam Zampa and Ashton Agar continued to blossom.
However, the series loss still raised some big questions.
