Public memorial for Australia's first Asian migrant elected to parliament

A public memorial will be held for former senator Tsebin Tchen, the first Asian-born migrant elected to Australian parliament, who died last month.

Mr Tchen died on November 25 in a three-vehicle crash on the Dukes Highway near Tintinara, in South Australia’s southeast.

The public memorial will be held at the Melbourne Town Hall on December 18 at 10am.
