Design and architecture’s elite gathered in Melbourne on Thursday to celebrate Growland’s latest (and greatest) building venture, the exquisite Neue Grand. Heralding in a new era of luxury living for the city, guests were treated to a first look at the project, which includes 19 apartments designed by award-winning Australian firm Rothelowman.
Located on St. Kilda Road, the eye-catching exterior was created with glass and metal, designed to reflect and emulate the ocean and bounce back the glittering city lights — albeit with total privacy for its occupants. Inside, the exclusive sky garages were explored by guests, an Australian-first and made with impressive German engineering.
Enjoying everything the apartments have to offer, guests sipped on champagne and were treated to immersive performances throughout the night, peppered with speeches from Growland executives and Vogue Living’s own Annemarie Kiely, who introduced the project.
