RT Edgar, Barwon Heads agent Andy Ingham said the couple had kids and grandkids in Torquay so were following them down the coast.“They were looking for a slightly smaller three-bedroom house but came back for a second look and it had everything they needed so they will move in early next year,” Mr Ingham said.
